Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and arrives factory sealed in its original packaging. We source our stock from authorized distributors, directly from the brands, and from established wholesale suppliers of Lattafa, Armaf, Rasasi, Afnan and the other houses we carry. We never sell testers or refilled bottles.
Do you sell copies or "dupes" of designer perfumes?
No. We sell original fragrances made by Middle Eastern perfume houses under their own brand names.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only.
Do you have a physical store? Can I pick up my order?
We're an online-only store, so there's no showroom where you can browse or test fragrances in person. Our warehouse and shipping facility is in Mississauga, Ontario. If you're local and would rather skip shipping, you're welcome to pick up your order there. Just email us before placing your order and we'll arrange a pickup time.
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and costs $9.95, or is free on orders over $99. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days and costs $21.90.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they're sealed and unopened. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances can't be returned. See our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Will sold-out fragrances come back?
Most do. We restock the large majority of our range, so check back or email us to ask about a specific scent.
What's the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration of fragrance oils, so it usually lasts longer and projects more. Eau de Toilette is lighter and often fresher. Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated of all.
