Refund policy

At viral scents, we do everything we can to ensure you're satisfied with our products. If you're not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

2. Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

3. Conditions for returns

The product must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

Always include the order number and your name with the return shipment.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do you return a product?

Send an email to hello@viralscents.shop with the subject Return and include your order number.

You will receive the return instructions and the return address from us.

Please send the package well packed and with sufficient postage to the specified address.

5. Refund

Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay.
