Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened and still sealed in its original packaging, with the cellophane wrap intact. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened, sprayed or used fragrances.

How to start a return

Step 1: Email us at viralscents25@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

Step 2: We'll reply within 1-2 business days to confirm your return.

Step 3: Ship the item to: Viral Scents, 184 Queen Street South, Mississauga, ON L5M 1L3, Canada

Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping, unless the return is because of our mistake (see below). We recommend a trackable shipping method, because we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaks, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
