Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping options and costs

Standard shipping (5-7 business days): free on orders of $99 CAD or more, and $9.95 CAD on orders under $99.

Express shipping (2-3 business days): $21.90 CAD.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated and shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

After your order ships, Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days and Express takes 2-3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

To change your shipping address, contact us before your order ships. Once it has shipped, we can't change the address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at viralscents25@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if needed.
